Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Surat. The Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, ensure excellent customer service, and drive the achievement of business targets. The role involves leading the branch team, managing staff and their development, implementing business strategies, and ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements. The Branch Manager will actively engage in business development to attract new customers and grow branch profitability.

• Relevant experience in a banking or financial services environment
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
