Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat for a Branch Development Manager at Sakhiya Skin Clinic. The Branch Development Manager will oversee and manage branch operations, evaluate and implement growth opportunities, develop business strategies, and ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality patient services. The individual will lead staff training, build strong relationships with clients, and collaborate with medical professionals to ensure operational excellence and the achievement of business objectives.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management skills, with experience in managing and motivating teams effectively
• Business development, strategic planning, and operational management experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships and collaborating with staff
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive branch performance and growth
• Experience in the healthcare or cosmetic treatment industry is preferred but not mandatory
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Proficiency in time management and multitasking to handle various responsibilities efficiently
