DreamZone School of Creative Studies, an initiative of CADD Center, has been a leader in creative education since 2005. Specializing in courses such as Fashion Design, Graphics, Animation, VFX, and Interior and Architectural Design, DreamZone has cultivated countless aspiring designers and expanded to over 200 centers across India. This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fashion Design Faculty based in Chennai. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering curriculum, mentoring students, assessing and grading assignments, and staying updated with industry trends. The role also involves facilitating hands-on workshops, guiding students on project work, and nurturing creativity to prepare them for successful careers in fashion design.

• Proficiency in Fashion Design techniques, pattern drafting, and garment construction
• Experience in curriculum development and delivering interactive classroom sessions
• Knowledge of textiles, color theory, and current fashion trends
• Strong mentoring and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to conduct practical workshops and encourage creative thinking
• Relevant academic background, such as a degree in Fashion Design or a related field
• Experience in the fashion industry or prior teaching experience is a plus
• Passion for education and inspiring the next generation of designers
