Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Chennai. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at the branch, managing and supervising staff, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role includes driving business growth through effective marketing strategies, maintaining operational compliance, managing loans and relationships with clients, and handling administrative duties within the branch.
Qualifications
- Operational and administrative skills, including branch supervision and compliance management
- Sales and marketing expertise, with a focus on achieving targets and promoting financial products
- Customer relationship management skills to ensure a high level of client satisfaction
- Leadership and team management capabilities to inspire and guide branch employees
- Financial acumen, especially in loans, gold loans, or non-banking financial products
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Experience in the financial services, banking, or NBFC sector is highly desirable
