Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Chennai. The Branch Manager will oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensure customer satisfaction, and work towards meeting financial targets. Key responsibilities include managing client relationships, leading and motivating the branch team, developing and fostering partnerships, driving business growth, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. The ideal candidate will manage resources effectively to achieve optimum service delivery and maintain strong stakeholder relationships while identifying opportunities for business expansion.
