Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Branch Manager based in Ahmedabad. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, manage sales targets, and ensure exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring the branch team, planning and executing strategies to achieve business goals, analyzing market trends, implementing marketing initiatives, and maintaining customer relationships. The role will require regular coordination with other departments to ensure adherence to company policies and seamless operational efficiency.

• Sales and marketing expertise, along with a strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities for building and sustaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset to evaluate performance metrics and implement improvement strategies.
• Relevant industry knowledge or experience in electronics, appliances, or technology sectors is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field is required. An advanced degree is a plus.
