Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, job portals, cold outreach, referrals, and networking campaigns.
- Conduct structured consultation calls to understand candidate background, visa status, career goals, and salary expectations.
- Present and sell placement support services including resume optimization, interview training, and job marketing.
- Use a consultative sales approach to identify pain points and position solutions effectively.
- Convert prospects into paying clients and consistently achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Handle objection management, negotiation, and deal closing independently.
- Ensure timely payment collection and follow-up on pending balances.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and track performance metrics (leads, conversions, revenue).
- Build strong relationships with candidates to drive repeat business and referral sales.
- Collaborate with recruiting/marketing teams to maximize candidate placements and upsell services.
