Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager at HDFC Bank, based in Krishna. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations of the branch, ensure high-quality customer service, and drive business growth by developing and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include team leadership, financial planning, managing regulatory compliance, building strong customer relationships, and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency while upholding the Bank's values and standards.

- Strong sales and business development skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
- Sound knowledge of banking operations, financial products, and compliance requirements.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proven experience in handling operational challenges and implementing process improvements.
- Proficiency with banking software and digital tools is an advantage.
- Graduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Prior experience in a managerial role within the banking or financial services sector will be beneficial.
