Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager based in Chennai. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations at the branch, including managing sales targets, supervising team performance, and ensuring effective customer service. Responsibilities include developing and implementing local business strategies, coordinating with marketing and sales teams, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. This role also requires maintaining strong relationships with clients and building a high-performing, motivated team to achieve business objectives.
