Salary: 25,000 – 32,000/month

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to lead branch operations, drive sales growth, and manage a high-performing team in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Growth

* Drive branch sales targets and ensure consistent growth

* Develop and implement sales strategies

* Generate new business through customer acquisition and local market development

Team Management

* Lead, manage, and motivate sales & collection teams

* Monitor daily team activities and performance

* Support team in closing deals

Operations & Reporting

* Oversee branch operations efficiently

* Track performance and prepare reports

* Ensure target achievement

Customer & Collection Management

* Build strong customer relationships

* Handle queries and escalations

* Ensure timely collections and minimize defaults

Coordination & Compliance

* Ensure adherence to company policies

* Coordinate with head office and internal teams

Field Work

* Conduct field visits for business development

* Take ownership of targets through active field engagement

Requirements

️ 3–6 years of experience in Sales (Chit Fund / NBFC / Finance preferred)

️ Strong experience in team handling & branch operations

️ Proven track record in target achievement

️ Good knowledge of collections & customer handling

️ Excellent communication & leadership skills

️ Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Additional Requirements

️ Two-wheeler with valid driving license (Mandatory)

Ability to handle field pressure
