About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to products and services.
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience and operational processes.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Candidates with 6+ months of International Voice Process experience preferred
• Excellent English Communication Skills (Mandatory)
• Age Limit: Up to 32 Years
• Candidates must currently be based in Bangalore
• No relocation assistance available

• 17,000 Take Home Salary
• 3,000 Night Shift Allowance

Experienced Candidates (6+ Months International Voice Experience)

• 30,000 – 32,000 Take Home Salary
• 3,000 Night Shift Allowance
• Performance Incentives up to 10,000+
