Job Summary
Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions, resolve queries, and provide support with professionalism. Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain process compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer calls, emails, or chats efficiently and courteously.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
- Follow company procedures and guidelines for service delivery.
- Collaborate with team members and escalate issues when necessary.
- Meet daily/weekly performance targets (KPIs) for quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Graduate or Diploma (any stream).
- Good communication skills in English (additional language skills a plus).
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries calmly and professionally.
