Job Summary

Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions, resolve queries, and provide support with professionalism. Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain process compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer calls, emails, or chats efficiently and courteously.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
  • Follow company procedures and guidelines for service delivery.
  • Collaborate with team members and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Meet daily/weekly performance targets (KPIs) for quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Graduate or Diploma (any stream).
  • Good communication skills in English (additional language skills a plus).
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
  • Ability to handle customer queries calmly and professionally.
