Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Executive for our Voice Process hiring in across Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through effective communication and problem-solving skills. This role requires a proactive approach to customer inquiries and a dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries and issues.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer needs and resolving complaints.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Document all interactions with customers in the CRM system accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer experience.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics related to call handling, customer satisfaction, and resolution time.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-6 years of experience in a voice process or customer service role, preferably in a BPO environment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understand customer needs, identify issues, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Follow communication scripts, company policies, and compliance guidelines.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
- Meet daily/weekly targets such as call handling time, quality scores, and customer satisfaction.
- Provide product/service information and assist customers with troubleshooting.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company data.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma/Graduate in any stream.
- Experience:
- 06 years in customer service/BPO voice process (freshers welcome).
- Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication in English (and additional languages as needed).
- Clear pronunciation and active listening skills.
- Technical Skills:
- Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Soft Skills:
- Problem solving, patience, empathy, adaptability, and ability to work under pressure.
Work Conditions
- Shift: Rotational shifts (including night shifts depending on process).
- Work Mode: On-site ( Office )
- Location: Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai
- Salary: 2.5 lpa to 8.5 lpa + Huge Incentives and bonus etc
Preferred Attributes
- Prior BPO or call center experience.
- Ability to handle high call volumes.
- Multilingual proficiency (English international accents)
