Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Chat Process / Non-Voice:

  • Handle customer queries through live chat or emails efficiently and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information about products/services, billing, orders, or technical support.
  • Resolve issues or escalate complex cases to higher teams.
  • Maintain chat logs and update records accurately in the CRM.
  • Meet defined KPIs such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.

Eligibility & Requirements:

  • Education: 12th pass or any graduate.
  • Experience: Freshers welcome; prior BPO/chat support experience is a plus.
  • Excellent written English communication skills (grammar, spelling, clarity).
  • Typing speed of 30-35 WPM with accuracy (for chat roles).
  • Good multitasking ability and computer proficiency.
  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing tools.
  • Patience and empathy while dealing with customers.
  • Ability to handle multiple chat windows and calls simultaneously (for blended roles).
  • Basic problem-solving and product knowledge.
