We are seeking an experienced Cold Room Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in refrigeration systems and will be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining cold storage facilities to ensure product quality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Design, install, and maintain cold room facilities to ensure optimal temperature control for storage and preservation.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of cooling systems to ensure efficiency and compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess cooling needs and provide solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to refrigeration and cold storage systems promptly.
- Implement energy-saving practices and monitor system performance for continuous improvement.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration, or a related field.
- 4-10 years of experience in refrigeration and cold storage systems design and maintenance.
- Strong understanding of HVAC principles and cold room technologies.
- Proficiency in using refrigeration software and tools for system design and analysis.
- Familiarity with relevant safety and environmental regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
