Position : BMS Engineer

Education : Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronics/ Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering

Experience : Min 5 Yrs + in BMS supervisor

JD:

Shall be responsible to Operate and maintain all BMS systems as appropriate to ensure continuous operation of the facility. Carry out PM activities as per schedule and report any abnormalities to shift engineer. Maintain Necessary logs for the operations of systems. Support OCS Services Pvt Ltd site leadership to generate MIS Generation, Procurement Processes

• Installation of maintenance and upkeep of electronics and Instrumentation (E&M) System.
• Having clear understanding of PLC, SCADA, DCS, FAS, DDC Controllers and VFD's.
• Work in coordination with helpdesk and other stake holders.
• Good troubleshooting and rectification skills.
• Good knowledge of HVAC and other electrical equipment's.
• Preparation & Maintenance of records.
• Planning of PPM and routine maintenance.
• Train and guide down the line staff to upkeep active operational status of equipment's.
• Ensuring the Vendor PM activities
• Follow-up with vendor on breakdown calls.
