BMC Helix Developer

Black And White Business Solutions is actively seeking a highly skilled BMC Helix Developer to join our team in Hyderabad. This pivotal role requires an individual with strong expertise in BMC Helix Development, including fresh implementations and migrations from legacy Remedy systems. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of BMC Remedy ITSM, Helix platforms, and proficiency in Discovery, CMDB, Helix GPT, Digital Workplace, and virtual agents. You'll be instrumental in developing, configuring, and integrating cutting-edge IT service management solutions that drive efficiency and enhance user experience.

Must-Have Skills

• BMC Helix Development: Extensive hands-on experience in developing, configuring, customizing, and deploying solutions within the BMC Helix platform. This includes working with various modules and functionalities to meet complex business requirements.

Good to Have Skills

• BMC Remedy Development and Customizations: Prior experience with BMC Remedy development and customizations would be a significant advantage, particularly for projects involving migrations from legacy systems to Helix. This includes familiarity with Remedy ARS, ITSM modules, workflow, and integrations.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Possess in-depth knowledge of both BMC Remedy ITSM and BMC Helix platforms, understanding their architecture, functionalities, and best practices.
• Demonstrate expertise in driving fresh implementations of the BMC Helix platform, from initial setup to full deployment.
• Lead and execute successful migrations from existing BMC Remedy environments to BMC Helix, ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption.
• Show proficiency in working with key BMC Helix components, including BMC Discovery for asset and service mapping, CMDB (Configuration Management Database) for maintaining accurate configuration items, Helix GPT for AI/ML-driven insights, Digital Workplace for enhanced self-service, and configuring virtual agents for automated support.
• Exhibit strong experience with API-based integrations (REST, SOAP), enabling seamless data exchange and functionality between BMC Helix and various third-party systems and applications.
• Actively participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirement gathering and solution design to testing, deployment, and post-implementation support for BMC Helix solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, architects, and other technical teams to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, standards, and best practices within the BMC Helix ecosystem.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to BMC Helix modules and integrations, ensuring optimal system performance and reliability.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and operational procedures.
