Talent Formula (www.talentformula.co) is a consulting firm that offers outsourced financial and accounting Human Resources to Chartered Accounting firms worldwide. We currently have a Risk & Compliance Administrator position available with our client, Blick Rothenberg.
Role Overview
Providing administrative support to the Risk and Compliance team relating to regulatory compliance, risk management, new client acceptance procedures, ongoing reviews, and monitoring.
Roles & Responsibilities
To provide administrative assistance to the Compliance team in the following areas:
- Client acceptance – reviewing and updating risk and pipeline trackers and escalating issues to the Compliance team
- Risk management including conflict checks and ethics – carrying out basic conflict checks and escalating issues to the Compliance team
- Regulatory monitoring – reviewing and updating monitoring trackers and escalating issues to the Compliance team
- Data Protection – reviewing and updating data registers and escalating gaps to the Compliance team
- Engagement Documents and other contracts – reviewing tracking reports to identify gaps for escalation to the Compliance team
- Ongoing monitoring activities – reviewing and updating ongoing monitoring lists to identify gaps for escalation to the Compliance team
Skills And Experience Required
- Degree qualified in Legal, Commerce, Business or equivalent.
- Good English language skills
- Basic IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous administration support experience
- Helpful and positive manner, open and flexible approach to change
- Good attention to detail
