Location: Medchal, Hyderabad
Role Description
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers.
- Driving lead conversion into sales through effective client engagement and relationship management
- Conduct site visits and property presentations to potential clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign execution and lead conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Follow up regularly with leads to ensure closures.
Skills & Competencies
- Proven experience in sales, customer acquisition, and lead generation.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales objectives.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Excel, and Google Workspace tools.
- Presentable personality with strong verbal and written communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor's /Master's degree in Business Administration (specialization in Sales & Marketing preferred)
- 2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a similar industry
- Immediate joiners are preferred, Job Location - Medchal, Hyderabad
- Language: Hindi, English & Telugu
- Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and phone systems
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
