Location: Medchal, Hyderabad

Role Description

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers.
  • Driving lead conversion into sales through effective client engagement and relationship management 
  • Conduct site visits and property presentations to potential clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign execution and lead conversion.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Follow up regularly with leads to ensure closures.

Skills & Competencies

  • Proven experience in sales, customer acquisition, and lead generation.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales objectives.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Excel, and Google Workspace tools.
  • Presentable personality with strong verbal and written communication.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's /Master's degree in Business Administration (specialization in Sales & Marketing preferred)
  • 2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a similar industry
  • Immediate joiners are preferred, Job Location - Medchal, Hyderabad
  • Language: Hindi, English & Telugu
  • Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and phone systems
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
