Job Description

About the Role:

We are a leading Medical Distributor, providing hospitals with advanced medical devices. We are seeking Sales & Service Engineers with expertise in Sales and Service, Clinical support and Service and Technical servicing of medical equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling, supporting, and maintaining medical devices while providing on-site assistance to healthcare professionals during procedures.

Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

  • Promote and sell medical devices to hospitals, clinics, and distributors.
  • Develop relationships with doctors, surgeons, and hospital procurement teams.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.
  • Achieve sales targets and provide customer feedback for product improvement.

Clinical Support & Training:

  • Assist doctors in operating and understanding medical equipment.
  • Provide real-time support during surgeries and medical procedures.
  • Train healthcare staff on proper usage, safety, and maintenance of devices.
  • Ensure compliance with medical regulations and industry standards.

Medical Equipment Service & Maintenance:

  • Install, calibrate, and troubleshoot medical devices at hospitals and clinics.
  • Diagnose and repair faulty equipment, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers for spare parts and updates.
  • Maintain detailed logs and service reports for audit and compliance.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma/Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related field.

✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in medical device sales, clinical support, or service. (Freshers with relevant technical knowledge can apply.)

✔ Strong communication and presentation skills for client interactions.

✔ Hands-on experience in medical equipment troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance.

✔ Willingness to travel for client visits, training, and technical support.

Preferred Qualifications:

✅ Familiarity with hospital procurement processes and sales cycles.

✅ Experience with imaging systems, surgical instruments, ventilators, or patient monitoring devices.

✅ Knowledge of biomedical regulations, compliance, and hospital safety standards.
