Job Title: BIM Modeler (MEP)

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 1+ years

Employment Type: Full-time

Objective of the Role:

Create, develop and manage BIM models and construction shop drawings, ensure all the models/drawings comply with BIM standers, workflows and project-specific checklist, Review and audit the 3D models delivered by the team for completeness and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage BIM models and shop drawings

Ensure model quality and compliance with BIM standards

Perform clash detection and coordination using BIM tools

Extract quantities and maintain project documentation

Collaborate with internal teams for timely project delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's / Master's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Must Require)

Software Expertise: AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks (essential).

Experience: Minimum 1.5+ years in BIM Modelling / Coordination.

Technical Skills: Effective communication, presentation, graphics, writing, designing, and modeling skills.

Soft Skills: Active listening, integrity, adaptability, and openness to change.
