Job Description
Gsource Technologies, a prominent design-assist firm in the construction industry, is currently in search of Revit BIM Modeler The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience, with a strong background in BIM & exposure to US & Middle East projects.
Responsibilities And Duties
Hands on working knowledge in Revit Software.
- Use of Building information modeling (BIM) to perform Modeling / Design tasks.
- Produce shop drawings as per details given by clients/team leader/Engineer.
- Able to meet tight deadline and can handle projects in team as well as individually
- Should have sound knowledge from LOD 100 to 500.
- Coordinate 3D models to resolve collisions with other disciplines using Navisworks.
- Responsible for BIM standard development, implementation and enforcement.
- Lead and participate in client meetings & Presentation.
- Making sure quality standards and checklists are followed for every project.
Requirements
Skill Required:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in BIM Modeling projects.
- Experience of using Autodesk AEC package-AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks etc
- Ability to do QC and read Architecture, structure & MEPF drawings.
