WeareseekingaskilledandexperiencedRevit BIM ModelerspecializinginMechanical,Electrical, andPlumbing& Fire Fighting (MEPF)withproficiencyinRevit software.Theidealcandidatekey role in supporting Mupro engineering and BIM services by creating, developing, and delivering high-quality 3D Revit BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Firefighting support solutions. You will work closely with project engineers, design leads, and coordination teams to integrate Mupro products into project models, ensure compliance with project and company standards, and support multidisciplinary coordination efforts. The role involves accurate modelling, documentation, and contributing to BIM deliverables that support design optimization, clash detection, and construction workflows, while aligning with Mupro engineering excellence and digital construction goals KeyResponsibilities.

This position involves working on the following aspects.

Develop and maintain accurate MEPF BIM models in Autodesk Revit in line with project requirements and Mupro BIM standards.

Model HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems, incorporating Mupro support systems and solutions where applicable.

Ability to independently carry out accurate 2D AutoCAD and 3D Revit MEP Coordination work for Rooms / Corridor / Riser / Plant area etc.

Should have basic knowledge of design of support system for MEP services.

Prepare the BOQ for MEP modular support with the help of drawings or site visit.

Ability to read & understand various MEP drawings / Plan / Section / Schematic / Mark-up.

Integrate Mupro products (support channels, anchors, fastening systems, etc.) into BIM models as per engineering specifications.

Coordinate MEPF models with architectural and structural disciplines to ensure clash-free and constructible designs.

Perform clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks and support issue resolution with project teams.

Produce BIM deliverables including 3D models, layouts, shop drawings, schedules, and quantity take-offs.

Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP), LOD requirements, and Mupro quality standards.

Update models based on design changes, coordination feedback, and site-related inputs.

Have to Support engineering teams and clients with BIM-based design optimization and constructability reviews.

Participate in BIM coordination meetings and technical discussions with internal and external stakeholders.

Maintain proper model structure, naming conventions, and data accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.

Contribute to continuous improvement of BIM workflows, libraries, and templates within Mupro's BIM environment.

QualificationandJobExperience:

Degree in Mechanical / Civil Engineering

3 to 5 years of experience working in MEP field with MEP Coordination using Revit software.

Experience to work on Auto cad and Navisworks.

InterfaceforRevitMechanical/Structural/ Schematic.

Strong understanding ofMEPdesignprinciples,building codes,and industrystandards(ASHRAE, NFPA,etc.).

Excellentanalytical,problem-solving,andcommunication skills.

Abilitytoworkeffectivelyinafast-pacedenvironmentandmanagemultipleprojects simultaneously.
