Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented
BIM Modeler to create, manage, and coordinate Building Information Models for engineering and construction projects. The role involves developing accurate 3D models, extracting drawings, and ensuring coordination across disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain BIM models as per project requirements
- Prepare 3D models, shop drawings, and construction drawings
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams for clash detection
- Ensure models comply with BIM standards and project specifications
- Extract BOQs, schedules, and quantities from BIM models
- Update models based on design changes and site feedback
- Support project teams during design, execution, and handover stages
Required Skills & Software
- Proficiency in Revit (Structure/MEP/Architecture as applicable)
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Navisworks (clash detection)
- Understanding of BIM workflows and coordination processes
- Basic knowledge of construction methods and building systems
- Good attention to detail and coordination skills
Qualifications
- Diploma / BE / BTech in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical
- Certification in BIM / Revit is an added advantage
Experience
- 12years of relevant BIM modeling experience
- Experience in industrial / commercial / infrastructure projects preferred
Soft Skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks
- Team player with problem-solving mindset
