BIM Modeler

We are seeking a BIM Modeler to develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for architectural projects. You will be responsible for ensuring models are accurate and coordinated, producing drawings and visualizations, and assisting in clash detection and coordination. This role requires a professional with a bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field, proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD, and a strong understanding of architectural design and construction processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• BIM Modeling: Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for architectural projects using software like Revit and AutoCAD.
• Collaboration & Coordination: Collaborate with the project team to ensure models align with design intent. Assist in developing clash detection reports and resolving coordination issues. Participate in project meetings to discuss progress and solutions related to BIM.
• Documentation & Visualization: Produce drawings, renderings, and visualizations from BIM models for presentations, approvals, and documentation. Support the preparation of detailed construction documents, including plans, elevations, sections, and schedules.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure models are accurate, coordinated, and meet quality control standards. Review design documents and specifications for compliance.
• Data Management: Maintain model data and revisions to ensure up-to-date and consistent information across all project stages.

Skills Required

• Proficiency in BIM software, specifically Autodesk Revit (required) and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of architectural design, construction processes, and building systems.
• Experience with clash detection and BIM coordination tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
• Experience in developing accurate construction documentation and visualizations from BIM models.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
