The opportunities we offer range from consultancy services to client-side project delivery, covering diverse scales and responsibilities. We also collaborate with other parts of Atkins Water and Environment business, supporting projects from initial feasibility studies to decommissioning and asset management.

Atkins Global Technology Centre (GTC) is seeking a Revit Designer (Structural/Civil) to join our Water Infrastructure BIM team. This role will be based at our Noida & Mumbai office, contributing to world-class projects by creating detailed 3D models, coordinating multidisciplinary designs, and ensuring compliance with international standards.

We are looking for an experienced BIM Engineer with strong exposure to Water and Wastewater infrastructure projects. The role involves developing, coordinating, and delivering high-quality BIM models using Civil 3D and Revit, supporting multidisciplinary design teams and ensuring compliance with project BIM standards.

Your Role

Develop and manage BIM models for water and wastewater projects including pipelines, pumping stations, treatment plants, and utility networks.
Prepare and coordinate Civil 3D models for alignments, profiles, corridors, pipe networks, and surfaces.
Develop Revit models for structures, buildings, and plant components related to water infrastructure.
Ensure BIM deliverables comply with project standards, BEP, and client requirements.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (civil, structural, mechanical, electrical).
Perform clash detection and model coordination and resolve issues collaboratively.
Extract drawings, quantities, schedules, and reports from BIM models.
Support project teams during design reviews and technical discussions.
Mentor junior BIM staff and provide technical guidance (for senior-level candidates).
Participate in BIM process improvements, automation, and best practice implementation.

About You

Minimum 5 years and up to 15 years of relevant BIM experience in Water / Utilities projects.
Strong hands-on experience with Autodesk Civil 3D & Autodesk Revit
Good understanding of Water supply and wastewater systems
Utility coordination and underground services
BIM workflows and data management
Experience working on UK / Middle East / International water projects is preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative BIM team.
Experience with AVEVA (E3D).
Experience with Tekla Structures.
Knowledge of ACC / ProjectWise, Navisworks, and clash detection workflows.
Exposure to scripting or automation (Dynamo, Lisp, etc.) is a plus.

Good communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and quality-focused approach.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
