Designation – Engineer - Pavement
Responsibilities
- Should have experience in pavement design, pavement management and surveys & assessment.
- Knowledge of DMRB, AASHTO, QHDM, ADM and KSA Standards
- Exposure to international projects and previous GDC experience is desirable.
- Should have working knowledge of software like CIRCLY, KENPAVE, AASHTOWARE, ELMOD, HIPAVE, DAPS, AutoCad and Civil 3D.
- Should be able to prepare design report and draft specifications
- Should be able to perform pavement design and evaluation for roads, and airports.
- Should understand pavement materials and construction sequence.
- Should be capable enough to understand the project requirement and work with minimum guidance from lead engineer and ensure quality in work.
- Will be responsible for originating the design.
- Should be capable to work with multi-regional teams.
- Should have good communication and coordination skills to communicate and coordinate between multiple disciplines and offices.
Should have desire to progress towards attaining chartership and develop himself / herself as a team leader.

Qualification – M.Tech in transportation Engineering or equivalent
