Key Responsibility Areas:

1. Hospitality Project Experience

o Work on large-scale hospitality interior projects such as hotels, restaurants, and similar environments.

o Support the development and execution of design concepts into detailed project deliverables.

2. Professional Experience

o Minimum 6–8 years of experience in interior architecture or interior design, preferably within the hospitality sector.

3. Regulatory & Approval Coordination

o Demonstrate hands-on knowledge of municipal regulations and statutory approval processes related to hospitality projects, including fire safety norms, accessibility standards, and zoning requirements.

o Coordinate with relevant consultants and authorities when required.

4. Technical & Software Proficiency

o Ability to work on construction documentation and BIM-based platforms, including Revit and other relevant design or construction software.

o Prepare and coordinate technical drawings and documentation for project execution.
