Experience:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in the Real Estate industry
- Demonstrated expertise in MEP systems and BIM coordination
- Proven track record of successfully managing structural design projects
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead the coordination efforts for structural elements within BIM models, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to integrate MEP systems into overall BIM designs
- Review and analyze structural drawings and models to identify clashes and conflicts, providing timely resolutions
- Develop and maintain BIM standards and protocols specific to structural components
- Conduct clash detection tests and coordinate clash resolution meetings with stakeholders
- Provide guidance and training to junior team members on BIM software and processes
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in BIM technology to enhance project delivery
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and codes related to structural design and BIM implementation
Education Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Additional certifications in BIM software tools such as Revit, Navisworks, or AutoCAD MEP
Certification required:
- Certification in BIM Management or equivalent
