Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead the coordination efforts for structural elements within BIM models, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to integrate MEP systems into overall BIM designs
Review and analyze structural drawings and models to identify clashes and conflicts, providing timely resolutions
Develop and maintain BIM standards and protocols specific to structural components
Conduct clash detection tests and coordinate clash resolution meetings with stakeholders
Provide guidance and training to junior team members on BIM software and processes
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in BIM technology to enhance project delivery
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and codes related to structural design and BIM implementation

Qualifications

Education Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or related field
Additional certifications in BIM software tools such as Revit, Navisworks, or AutoCAD MEP
