Role Description
We are seeking a BIM Architect for a contract position based on-site at our office in Delhi, NY. The role involves creating detailed architectural and construction drawings, preparing and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) models, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. Responsibilities also include reviewing and preparing submittals while ensuring compliance with design specifications. This position requires close collaboration with clients and project stakeholders to deliver high-quality architectural solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Drawings
- Expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Construction Drawings
- Experience with Submittals and ensuring quality and compliance in designs
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proficiency in BIM-related software and tools is a strong advantage
- Relevant experience in a similar role within the architecture or construction sector
