Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Architect based in Gurugram. As a BIM Architect, you will be responsible for developing architectural designs and detailed technical drawings using Building Information Modeling (BIM) software. Key tasks will include creating construction and architectural drawings, preparing submittals, and collaborating with design and project teams to deliver high-quality designs. You will also ensure alignment with project specifications and contribute to innovative and efficient design solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and creating high-quality Architectural Drawings
• Expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Construction Drawings
• Experience in preparing and reviewing Submittals
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with design teams
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture is must
• Knowledge of aviation industry-specific requirements is a plus
• Proficiency in relevant software tools for design and modeling
