Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Architect at Meinhardt India, based in Noida. The BIM Architect will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) projects, developing architectural drawings, and producing construction documents. The role will involve preparing submittals, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring compliance with design standards and project requirements. The BIM Architect will collaborate with other departments and contribute to delivering high-quality, efficient, and innovative architectural solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and experience managing BIM projects
• Strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Drawings
• Expertise in producing Construction Drawings and creating detailed Submittals
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and ensure project coordination
• Familiarity with design standards and compliance requirements
• Proven attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Experience in large-scale construction or engineering projects is a plus
