Sweco Architecture, Sweden, operates across the Infrastructure and Buildings sectors throughout the Swedish region, delivering projects from concept design through to detailed design and construction.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Landscape architecture or Civil engineering
• 37 years of professional experience as a BIM Architect international experience , and Auto CAD Civil 3D, Revit, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Indesign , Adobe Photoshop
• Strong understanding of BIM coordination, model management, and data exchange
• Good Analytical, Numerical, Verbal and Written Skills

Duties & Activities:

• Develop, manage, and maintain Revit-based architectural models throughout all design phases from concept to construction documentation.
• Coordinate and integrate architectural models with structural, MEP, and infrastructure disciplines to ensure consistency and clash-free design
• Create and maintain Revit families, templates, and BIM content libraries that align with Sweco's or the firm's standards and local requirements
• Manage BIM data exchange between disciplines, ensuring data integrity, version control, and model synchronization
