We seek a talented and experienced BIM Architect to join our dynamic team. As a BIM Architect, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing BIM strategies for a wide range of projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- BIM Modeling: Create detailed and accurate 3D architectural models using industry-leading BIM software (Revit, ArchiCAD, etc.)
- Design Coordination: Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless architectural, structural, and MEP design integration.
- Standards and Guidelines: Develop and enforce BIM standards, guidelines, and workflows to maintain consistency and quality.
- Clash Detection and Resolution: Identify and resolve clashes between different disciplines to optimize design and construction processes.
- Quantity Takeoffs and Cost Estimation: Generate accurate quantity takeoffs and cost estimates based on BIM models.
- Visualization and Presentation: Create compelling visualizations and presentations to communicate design intent and project progress.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience in BIM modeling and design coordination
- Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, ArchiCAD, etc.)
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction processes
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- 3+ years in Revit / Architectural Domain
