Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage end-to-end billing, revenue reconciliation, and collection processes for a portfolio of clients. The role requires strong coordination skills, financial acumen, and the ability to work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate billing, timely collections, and smooth month-end closures.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end digital media billing and client invoicing for an assigned cluster of clients.
• Perform monthly unbilled revenue reconciliation and ensure timely closure of billing gaps.
• Reconcile client Purchase Orders (POs) against approved estimates, actual spends, and invoiced amounts.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to revenue, billing status, collections, and unbilled balances.
• Track outstanding receivables and follow up with clients and internal teams to ensure timely collections.
• Coordinate with Client Servicing, Media Operations, Finance, and external stakeholders to resolve billing, collection, and reconciliation issues.
• Monitor campaign spends and support month-end and quarter-end closure activities.
• Ensure accurate revenue recognition and compliance with internal financial controls and processes.
• Identify discrepancies in billing and revenue data and drive timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records related to billing, invoicing, and collections.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in billing, revenue operations, finance, accounts receivable, or media finance functions.
• Strong understanding of invoicing, revenue reconciliation, collections, and financial reporting.
• Experience working with Purchase Orders (POs), client billing, and revenue tracking.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in a media agency, advertising agency, digital marketing agency, or related industry.
• Familiarity with media billing processes and campaign spend reconciliation.
