Job Title: Manager – Media Billing (Integrated)

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Manager – Media Billing to manage complete client billing and related financial operations for one of our leading FMCG clients. The role involves close coordination with internal media, client servicing, and finance teams to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant billing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership of client media billing, including monthly, campaign-based, and special project billings.
• Review and validate media plans, release orders, and vendor invoices before billing.
• Coordinate with media buying, planning, and client servicing teams to gather necessary inputs and ensure accuracy.
• Prepare and issue client invoices while ensuring proper accounting and tax (GST/TDS) compliance.
• Track credit notes, adjustments, and billing reconciliations.
• Maintain billing trackers and ensure monthly closure within timelines.
• Liaise with client finance and audit teams for billing clarifications and documentation.
• Support internal and statutory audits related to billing and revenue.
• Continuously review processes to improve billing accuracy and turnaround time.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of media billing processes across print, digital, TV, radio, and OOH.
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial ERP tools (SAP / Tally / Navision preferred).
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in media billing or client finance within an advertising, media, or marketing agency.
• Exposure to large FMCG or MNC clients will be an added advantage.
