Position 1: Billing Engineer
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and verify RA Bills, subcontractor bills, and client billing documentation.
- Cross-check quantities from drawings, BOQ, and site measurements.
- Maintain records of work done, measurements, and reconciliation of materials.
- Coordinate with site teams and clients for billing clarifications.
- Prepare rate analysis, cost estimates, and support tendering activities.
- Monitor project cost, variations, and ensure compliance with contractual terms.
- Prepare MIS reports and support the finance/contract team.
- Ensure timely submission of bills and follow-up for certifications.
Requirements
- BE/B.Tech Civil Engineering.
- 38 years of billing experience in commercial/building projects.
- Strong knowledge of quantity surveying, billing software, and MS Excel.
- Good understanding of drawings, site execution, and project documentation.
Position 2: Planning Engineer
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, baseline programs, and weekly/monthly plans.
- Track project progress using tools such as MS Project/Primavera (P6 preferred).
- Coordinate with site teams to update progress and resolve delays.
- Prepare progress reports, S-curve, manpower/material plans, and look-ahead schedules.
- Identify risks, delays, and propose recovery/mitigation plans.
- Monitor project productivity, milestones, and critical paths.
- Assist in budgeting, resource planning, and cost control activities.
- Prepare documentation for client reviews and management meetings.
Requirements
- BE/B.Tech Civil Engineering.
- 37 years of planning experience in building/commercial EPC projects.
- Strong schedule knowledge by using MS Project/P6.
- Good understanding of construction methodology and project management.
