About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Billing Engineer (RCC Billing) with strong expertise in estimation, bar bending schedules, and reconciliation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in RCC projects and the ability to manage billing processes independently with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation and verification of RCC billing for ongoing projects
- Quantity take-offs and detailed estimation as per drawings
- Preparation and checking of BBS (Bar Bending Schedule)
- Material reconciliation (steel, concrete, etc.)
- Coordination with site engineers, contractors, and project teams for billing approvals
- Verification of subcontractor bills and client billing documentation
- Maintaining proper billing records and documentation
- Ensuring billing accuracy as per BOQ, drawings, and contract terms
Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong knowledge of RCC works and construction processes
- Expertise in estimation, billing, BBS preparation, and reconciliation
- Ability to interpret structural drawings
- Good command over MS Excel and billing documentation
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Ability to handle site-level coordination
