Make BBS as per RCC drawings & Architect drawings .

Prepare Concrete & shuttering Quantity as per Rcc & Architect drawings Get BBS, concrete & shuttering checked from Client.

Raise Invoice as per BOQ Provide rate analysis for any Extra Item or New Item other than BOQ works .

Maintain record of Steel & Concrete Carry out Monthly reconcilation for Concrete & steel .

Get approval of Extra work from Client before Execution .
