- Candidate should have min. 2+ years of experience in proposal writing / Bid management for IT Services
- Having excellent communication skills is a MUST
- Should be excellent with usage of MS Office (Word, PPT, Excel)
- Should be flexible and willing to stretch working hours
- Should have fair understanding of current market affairs and IT industry (Technology & IT services)
- Should have understanding around software Development Life Cycle
- Should be a passionate learner and build skill set on upcoming technologies
- Excellent time management skills as well as the ability to multitask
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to manage key stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to be flexible, work well under unexpected situations and meet aggressive deadlines
- Excellent academic records
- Should have positive attitude of putting diligent effort as and when required
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage RFX (RFP, RFI, RFQ) and Vendor Registration requests end-to-end
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for proposal development
- Prepare high-quality proposals, presentations, and documents
- Ensure timely submission and compliance with client requirements
