Job Title: Senior Consultant - Bid Management

Experience: 5 to 7 Years

Job Location: Hyderabad Hybrid Mode

Shift Timings: 2:00 PM to 12:00 PM IST [5 Days a week]

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Sales to define win strategy, differentiators, and competitive positioning.
  • Own and lead the bid lifecycle: qualification, bid planning, storyboarding, content development, reviews, and final submission.
  • Run bid governance: kickoffs, stand-ups (as needed), formal reviews, timeline adherence, win themes, and final quality checks.
  • Manage RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, maintain the compliance matrix, coordinate with stakeholders, and initiate parallel review tracks with Legal and Finance.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Finance, and Solution teams to develop compelling, win-focused proposals.
  • Develop proposal artifacts, including executive summaries, solution overviews, case studies, CVs/resumes, and governance models.
  • Support Statements of Work (SOWs), contract renewals, and related documentation.
  • Leverage GenAI and RFP automation tools throughout the pursuit management lifecycle.
  • Use SharePoint for content management, version control, and ongoing maintenance of the knowledge repository.
  • Maintain and regularly update the knowledge repository with templates, latest collateral, case studies, and reusable content.
  • Experience working on US geography (US Geo) RFPs and engaging with US-based stakeholders.
  • Proactively recommend and drive process improvements across Presales and Bid Management functions.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience responding to RFPs/RFIs, developing proposals, and managing bid timelines.
  • Ability to create high-quality, client-facing collateral such as presentations, case studies, flyers, brochures, and other marketing/proposal materials.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong business writing and editing skills, with the ability to synthesize inputs into a cohesive, client-ready proposal.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, tracking, risk/issue management, and deadline discipline.
  • Working knowledge of SAP program terminology, sufficient to manage proposal content with SMEs.
  • Proficient in the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Advanced expertise in PowerPoint design and formatting, and in structuring and formatting responses in MS Word..

Nice-To-Have:

  • Presales experience in SAP.
  • Exposure to industries (Retail, Manufacturing, Pharma, BFSI, Public Sector, etc.).
  • Certifications: APMP

Experience & Education :

  • 5 to 7 years overall experience in SAP Presales/Bid Management
  • Any Graduate
