We are currently looking to hire an energetic and ambitious Bid Manager to join our growing team. Role and Responsibilities:

  • Overall Industry experience of 5+ years, specifically in IT Services
  • Experience in supporting the end-to-end Bid Management process for creating quality proposal documents prepared in response to formal RFP/ RFQ/ RFIs or informal business need requests
  • Experience in managing a team of presales consultants/bid managers, mentoring/guiding the team on day-to-day activities, bid allocations, and also working with Senior leaders on the strategy front
  • Should be able to participate in CXO level calls to present Xebia capabilities along with Region Heads / CoE Heads / Sales Heads
  • Working hands-on on critical opportunities can be capability presentations for a large customer on a specific area of expertise or working with the team on a large RFP (> 1M USD size)
  • Must ensure that a high-quality quality competitive and compelling bid response is created and delivered to the Customer.
  • Should be aware of IT Software development lifecycle, processes, and tools & technologies (Digital, DevOps, Agile, Cloud, Big Data, RPA, etc.)
  • Should be aware of different pricing models prevalent in the IT industry Managed Services, Outcome-based, Fixed-price, T&M, etc.
  • After the bid submission, guide the team in offer defense, the relevant storyline for proposal presentations, and participate in bid clarifications with the customer (as and when requested).
  • Must coordinate with different internal business & support teams to secure the required resources for related Presales activities.
  • Prepares monthly reports related to the BM activities Monthly / Quarterly reports
  • The candidate must have relevant experience in Presales/Bid management
