Job Description

Job Scope:

  • Lead end to end tendering process from pre-qualification to Invitation to Tender submission and final contract award
  • Serve as the main contact for clients, fostering relationships and ensuring a smooth transition from bid to execution
  • Review tender documents, proposals and RFP responses prepared by Tender & Proposal Executive
  • Ensure proposals meet client requirements and adhere to compliance and deadlines
  • Develop accurate cost calculations, pricing models, and project budgets
  • Formulate commercial strategies and review terms and conditions (e.g., EPC, EPCI, or T&I contracts)
  • Maintain constant communication with stakeholders and promptly update significant changes in the tender process
  • Collaborate with Business Development and Legal teams during contract negotiations
  • Responsible for driving approvals from executive management for tenders and contracts

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of relevant industry experience with a focus in commercial and contractual matters
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory capacity
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualifications in a commercial discipline or engineering preferred
  • Proven experience in contract negotiations and stakeholder management
  • Possess strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • Proficient in written and conversational English
