Job Description

KeyAccountabilities

Manage the end-to-end bid process.
Responding to reactive and proactive bids/opportunities.
Prepare and review the commercial aspects of the bid, ensuring all services are included in the final price to the customer.
Responsible for proposal preparation, ensuring quality, compiling bids & submitting in a timely manner.
Track Tenders/RFPs for new bids/design competitions.
Manage bidding process, form consortia with partner firms, prepare bid documents, and follow up with clients/partners till bid submission.
Prepare Pre-Bid Meeting Questionnaire and validate with the pre-bid minutes.
Compilation of the Technical and Financial Bid.
Process Tender Fee, EMD, and follow up till the end.
For successful bids, manage work delivery between partners and the internal team.
Scan selected target markets for opportunities and identify partners for strategic tie-ups.
Play a support role for the marketing and sales team to gather intelligence on recent and upcoming bids and tenders.

Requirements:

Must have 2+ years experience in Bid, tender, RFP in System Integration, IT/Manpower, Website Development/Mobile Application, Social Media, BPO/Call Centre.
Prior experience in GeM and other government bid portals.
Good knowledge of RFPs is required.
Strong relationships with OEMs are preferred.
