Job Description

Role: Bid Consultant

Seniority Level: Mid-level

Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, IT, or a related field

Required Experience: 3+ Years in technical proposal writing, bid management, and compliance

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end bid process including technical proposal development, bid coordination, and compliance management
  • Collaborate with sales, technical, legal, and finance teams to gather inputs and develop compelling proposals aligned with client requirements
  • Ensure all bids meet compliance standards, client specifications, and organizational policies
  • Manage bid timelines and resources to ensure timely delivery of high-quality proposals

Must-Have Skills/Technologies

  • Proven experience in technical proposal writing, bid management, and compliance
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Superior written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Office and bid management software/tools
  • Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset
  • Analytical skills

Good-to-Have Skills/Technologies

  • Strong understanding of Oracle ERP solutions
  • Knowledge of Oracle Technology developments, industry trends, and competitor activities
  • Experience with change management initiatives
  • Familiarity with bid management software/tools
