Sabarmati HSR Hub is India's first transit-oriented development project and the starting point of the Mumbai–Ahmedabad Bullet Train. The development integrates the High Speed Rail (Bullet Train) station with a large-scale mixed-use urban ecosystem comprising retail, 5-Star Hotel, office, and public spaces. Envisioned as a next-generation mobility and urban destination, the hub is being developed with a strong focus on connectivity, integrated infrastructure, and long-term urban value creation.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR and Training Associate, based in Ahmedabad. The HR and Training Associate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, along with planning, coordinating, and executing training programs for employees, implementing HR procedures, and supporting overall organizational development. The role involves fostering strong communication between team members and aligning training initiatives with company goals.

What your day looks like -

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordination.
  • Coordinate joining formalities, documentation, and onboarding processes for new employees.
  • Maintain candidate and employee records accurately.
  • Maintain employee databases, attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
  • Support payroll inputs, employee verification, and HR compliance activities.
  • Prepare HR letters such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and experience certificates.
  • Ensure employee files and HRMS data are updated.
  • Coordinate with external training vendors and consultants for employee training programs.
  • Schedule training sessions and communicate with internal teams regarding training calendars.
  • Maintain training records, attendance, feedback forms, and training reports.
  • Support learning & development initiatives within the organization.
  • Follow up with vendors regarding invoices, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Assist in employee engagement activities, events, and HR initiatives.
  • Support grievance handling and employee communication.
  • Help maintain a positive workplace culture and employee relations.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.
  • Support statutory compliance documentation and audits.
  • Generate HR reports and MIS as required.

Skills/Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of HR experience with exposure to HR operations and training coordination.
  • Good understanding of recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration.
  • Experience in vendor coordination and training support is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and HRMS systems.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven.
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
