BI Manager

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with multiple teams (onsite and virtual) and act as a liaison between business units and IT to gather and translate reporting requirements.

Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports using business analytics tools such as Power BI, SAP, AFO, FCCS, and COSMOS.

Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide actionable insights through regular reporting.

Design, develop, and implement data collection systems, databases, and analytics strategies to improve efficiency and data quality.

Acquire and consolidate data from primary and secondary sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Perform data analysis using tools like Excel, Power BI, SAP, and other statistical packages.

Ensure timely, accurate, and relevant reporting in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Drive process improvements, system automation, and support ongoing analytics initiatives.

Support business planning and decision-making through meaningful data insights and analysis.

Profile/Competencies:

Educational Qualification: B.Tech/BE, Finance, Data Management

Experience of 5 - 7 Years

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Hands-on experience with Power BI, SAP, and data management tools (mandatory)

Knowledge of financial systems and business processes

Experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation

Understanding of statistical techniques and data interpretation

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work collaboratively

Strong project management and communication skills
