We are seeking a BI Developer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing BI solutions that empower our organization with data-driven insights. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, technical expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions to support business operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Create and optimize ETL processes to ensure data quality and availability.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using BI tools.
- Analyze data and provide insights to help inform business decisions.
- Perform data modeling and schema design to support reporting needs.
- Ensure adherence to data governance and security standards.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3-11 years of experience in Business Intelligence or related field.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems.
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Knowledge of ETL tools and data integration techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling techniques.
