RVS iGlobal is hiring a skilled and commercially aware Power BI Developer to design, build, and deliver high-impact financial reporting dashboards for both internal stakeholders and external clients.
This is not just a report-building role we're looking for someone who understands finance, business performance, and how to turn complex data into meaningful insight.

What you will be doing :
- Design and develop advanced Power BI dashboards (internal & client-facing)
- Gather requirements from finance and operational stakeholders
- Translate business needs into Statements of Work and technical documentation
- Build scalable, optimized data models integrating multiple systems
- Deliver insight into financial performance, profitability, and operational efficiency
- Manage deployments via Power BI Service (workspaces, gateways, RLS, refresh schedules)
- Work directly with leadership on backlog prioritization and solution design
Technical Requirements :
You have hands-on experience with:
- Management accounts, divisional P&Ls, customer profitability
- Budget variance reporting
- Gross margin, EBITDA, utilization, cost-to-serve
- Project profitability & billable utilization metrics
- MSP, professional services, or project-based environments
System Integration Experience:
- Integration of accounting platforms (Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite)
- Experience with PSA tools (Halo, ConnectWise, Autotask, Datto) or similar
- Building unified reporting models from multiple data sources
- Strong SQL / T-SQL (joins, views, stored procedures)
Power Bi Technical Expertise:
- 4 - 5+ years hands-on Power BI development (production environments)
- Advanced DAX (time intelligence, complex measures, performance tuning)
- Power Query (M language, ETL, transformations)
- Data modelling (star schema, relationships, optimization)
- Power BI Service administration
- Strong SQL skills

- PL-300 (Power BI Data Analyst)
